Crispy battered cauliflower: the recipe for a simple and delicious dish

Ingredients: 
1 cauliflower
150 g of flour 
220 g of warm water 
5 g of fresh brewer's yeast 
1 tsp of salt 
Seed oil 
 
Directions: 
1. Melt the yeast into water then pour this mix into flour. 
2. Mix well and add salt. 
3. Make a batter and let it rise for two hours. 
4. Wash the cauliflower, boil it and put in into the batter. 
5. Fry in boiling oil.
