Chicken and potatoes au gratin: the recipe for a fast and delicious meat dish

Ingredients:
4 potatoes
1 big onion
3 chicken legs
Lemon zest
Bread crumbs
Aromatic herbs
Olive oil
3 rosemary springs
Directions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes in pieces. Then put them in a bowl with some olive oil.
2. Aside mix bread crumbs and the herbs you prefer.
3. Mix the potatoes and add the brand and herbs mix you made before.
4. Cut the onion, put it in a bowl with some oil and mix.
5. In a bowl mix the chicken, oil and lemon zest. Then season with salt and mix to flavor the meat.
6. Bread the chicken with some bread crumbs so that they adhere on its entire surface.
7. Put the potatoes on a baking tray then add the chicken.
8. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
9. Add the onion and some rosemary springs.
10. Bake again at 200 degrees for another 40 minutes.
