Orange and cinnamon flavored chicken: the easy and fragrant recipe

Ingredients:

5 chicken legs without skin

2 oranges

2 onions

Cinnamon q.b.

Salt q.b.

Aromatich herbs

A tbsp of honey

Rosemary

Directions:

1. First, make some cuts into the meat.

2. Put the chicken in a bowl and add in the oranges' zest.

3. Aside, mix cinnamon and the seasoning you prefer.

4. Add in the spices to the chicken and use your hands to spread them properly on the meat.

5. Cut the onions in thick slices, add them to chicken with some orange juice.

6. Cover and let rest overnight so that the chicken absorbs all the flavor.

7. In a large saucepan put the honey and some cinnamon, turn on the stove and let melt.

8. Add in the chicken and let fry, turning it on the sides.

9. Mix the onion and the orange juice from the marinade. Then pur some rosemary springs.

10. Put a lid on the pan and cook for 40 minutes. Then remove the lid and let the juices absorb.
