Chocolate and hazelnut cheesecake: the easy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the base:
15 biscuits
50 g of hazelnut
80 g of butter
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- For the cream
4 eggs
400 g of cream cheese
150 g of dark chocolate
350 ml of cream
Sweetener
Directions:
1. In a blender mix biscuits and hazelnuts.
2. Add the cocoa powder and butter and blend again until smooth.
3. Pour the mix in a cake pan (21 cm diameter) covered in baking paper and level. Let cool in the fridge.
4. In a bowl mix eggs, sweetener, cream and cheese.
5. Add in melted chocolate.
6. Pour the mix on the biscuit base.
7. Bake at 175 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
8. Let cool for 4 o 5 hours then decorate with some more cocoa powder and hazelnuts.
