Chocolate layered cake: the recipe for an easy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
50 ml of milk (room temperature)
30 ml of vegetable oil
80 g of flour
20 g of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
- For the cream:
280 g of condensed milk
200 g of dark chocolate
300 g of cream
- For the syrup:
100 ml of warm milk
10 g of cocoa powder
35 g of whisky (or any liquor you like or coffee)
Directions:
1. In a saucepan make the cream mixing condensed milk and chocolate finely chopped. Blend until it melts.
2. Add in the cream and continue cooking until it boils.
3. Let the cream cool for 30/60 minutes.
4. For the batter in a bowl add in eggs and sugar and whisk for about ten minutes.
5. When you get a smooth and frothy mix add milk and oil.
6. Aside, mix the powders: flour, cocoa and baking powder. Sift them and add them gradually to the batter, mixing from bottom to up so that they blend completely.
7. Pour the batter in a cake pan (20 cm diameter) with some baking paper on the base.
8. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
9. When the cake it's ready, refine it by cutting off the superficial layer and then divide it into two equal parts.
10. Now make the syrup mixing milk, cocoa powder and the liquor you chose.
11. Assemble the cake alternating layers of cake (wet with the syrup you made before) and chocolate cream.
12. Use the cream to refine the cakes's edges and the surface too.
13. Lastly, decorate with some chocolate cream peaks (using a piping bag).
