Triple layers chocolate creamy cake: this recipe will be a family favourite!

With a super moist crumb and fudgy, yet light texture, this chocolate cake recipe will soon be your favorite too!

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs

250g (1 cup) sugar

300ml (1 1/4 cup) milk

80ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil

80g (1/3 cup) butter

240g (1 cup) wheat flour

50g (1/2 cup) cocoa

1 1/2 tsp soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp vinegar

Cream

170g (1/2 cup) cream

120g dark chocolate

1 1/2 tbsp Cognac or Brandy

170g (1/2 cup) cream

Glaze

80g dark chocolate

100g (1/2 cup) cream

METHOD

Mix eggs with sugar, add in milk, oil, flour, cocoa, soda, salt and vinegar. Bake at 165 ‘ C (330’F) for 1 hour.
Beat whipped cream and mix with melted chocolate.
Divide the cake into 3 parts and top each with cream. And onto the top pour chocolate glaze.
Refrigerate for 5 hours.
Spread side parts with cream and cake crumbs.
