Homemade nut bread: how to make if crispy and delicious

Ingredients:
300 g of Manitoba flour
200 g of flour 00
3 g of dry yeast
30 g of honey
80 g of walnuts
100 +200 ml of warm water
9 g of salt
a handful of semolina flour
Directions:
1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in hot water.
2. Then add the honey and keep stirring.
3. In another bowl, mix Manitoba flour, 00 flour and baking powder.
4. Then add more warm water and mix.
5. Add the salt and walnuts.
6. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rest for 90 minutes.
7. Add a little semolina flour and engrave it.
8. Bake at 250 ° for 15 minutes, then at 200 ° for 15 minutes and finally at 170 ° for 15 minutes.
