Spinach and ricotta crepes: the recipe for a delicious meal

Ingredients:
2 eggs
250 g of flour
500 ml of milk
500 g of spinach
500 g of ricotta cheese
Tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Start by making the crepes batter by mixing eggs, flour and milk.
2. Once you get a smooth and even batter, pour a spoonful in a hot pan and cook 1 minute each side. Keep going until the batter is done.
3. Meanwhile make some simple tomato sauce too.
4. Mix spinach and ricotta cheese and use this mixture to fill the crepes.
5. Place the rolled crepes into a baking tray with some tomato sauce on the bottom.
6. Make an even layer, then finish with some more tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
7. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
