Stuffed artichokes: the tasty and simple recipe to try

Ingredients:
5 artichokes
250 g of minced meat
1 lemon
1 egg
40 g of grated cheese
Breadcrumbs
3 garlic cloves
100 g of turkey breast
Fresh parsley
Salt, pepper and oil
Directions:
1. Start with cleaning the artichokes taking off the stem, the external harder leaves and the tip. Also, with your finger press gently in the middle so that you make some room for the filling.
2. After that, dip them in water and lemon.
3. Clean and cut the stems in a saucepan, then make them boil in salted water.
4. In a bowl mix meat, turkey, egg, parsley, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
5. After draining and mashing them with a fork, mix the stems into the filling too.
6. Fill the artichokes with the meat mixture.
7. Place the artichokes into a large pan with some olive oil on the bottom.
8. Cut the garlic into the pan too, and sprinkle the artichokes with some more grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
9. Pour two glasses of water into the pan and cook with a lid on low heat.
10. Finish cooking by baking the artichokes at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
