No bake fruit dessert: the healthy and quick recipe

Ingredients:
Clementine
Kiwifruit
Persimmons
Grapefruit
Apple
Banana
8 g of agar-agar
50 ml of water
350 ml of milk
200 g of condensed milk
200 g of yoghurt or sour cream
Directions:
1. Peel and slice all the fruits.
2. Place some fruit slices in an empty tray.
3. In a sauce pan mix agar-agar and water. Heat and stir until it thickens.
4. Add milk and condensed milk and blend. Cook for 2 minutes.
5. Lastly add yoghurt to the mix, and stir in fruit slices.
6. Pour everything in the tray.
7. Let cool completely in the fridge.
