Tablespoons pie: how to make a delicious pie with an amazing easy method!

This method is so genius!

INGREDIENTS

80g (⅜ cups) sugar;

300g (2 ½ cup) flour;

2 eggs;

60ml (¼ cup) milk;

60g (¼ cup) butter;

1 tsp baking powder;

Hazelnut cream;

Peach jam.

METHOD

Whisk butter with sugar until pale. Add two eggs, whisk again, then pour in the milk.
Combine flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Knead to form a sticky dough.
Divide the dough in half and shape it into rectangles or ovals with your oiled hands.
Place a generous amount of jam and hazelnut cream on top of each layer of dough and use two tablespoons to cover the filling with the dough.
