Clam Sauté: the recipe for a really tasty seafood dish

Ingredients:
800 gr clams
3 cloves of garlic
50 gr diced ham
1 tablespoon of flour
1 pinch of chilli pepper
1/2 glass of wine
1/2 glass of water
Chopped parsley
Oil
Directions:
Drain the clams in salted water for about 30 minutes.
In a pan fry the onion and then add ham and flour.
Then add wine, water and chilli pepper.
Add the clams with the parsley and cook everything together.
