No bake cake with mascarpone cheese and coffee cream: the delicious recipe

Ingredients:
Cream:
20 gr instant coffee
150 gr sugar
200 gr ice water
Cake:
400 gr mascarpone
Coffee (liquid)
400 gr rectangular biscuits
50 gr sugar
Bitter cocoa to taste
Directions:
Cream: mix instant coffee and sugar, then add the water and whisk until creamy.
Cake: mix the mascarpone with the sugar and then add the foam to the coffee. Assemble your cake by wetting the biscuits in the coffee.
Dust the cocoa and put in the freezer for 3 hours.
