No bake creamy dessert: the recipe to make it with strawberries and biscuits

Ingredients:
1 packet of chocolate chip cookies
Milk to wet them
500 gr strawberries
180 gr white chocolate
200 gr yogurt
1 vanillin sachet
500 gr whipped cream
Pistachio grains (optional)
 
Directions:
Melt the white chocolate and mix it with the yogurt and vanillin, then whip the cream and add everything.
Cut the strawberries and dip the biscuits in the milk. Assemble the semifreddo in the mold and refrigerate for 2 hours.
