Pita bread: the easy recipe to make it perfect

Ingredients:
500 gr of flour 0
2 tsp of baking soda
300 ml of warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Insert the flour in the mixer then add the baking soda.
Add water, sugar, oil and start kneading.
Then add the salt and form a loaf. Let it rise for 1 hour.
Then divide it into 8 parts, cover them and let them rest for an hour.
Cook them in a non-stick pan on both sides.
Stuffed to taste.
