Rosemary cheddar cheese dinner rolls: a tasty recipe ready in no time

Dough:
312g all-purpose flour
2 tsp dry yeast
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 cup chopped salami/smoked beef, optional.
42g unsalted butter, melted.
250ml warm milk
1 egg yolk for egg wash
Toppings:
1/2 - 1 cup shredded cheese(s) mature Cheddar + Gouda
Italian herbs + more rosemary
Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Then add rosemary, salami, melted butter, warm milk and mix well. Let it rise for about 2 hours.
Then divide it in 18 pieces and make the balls.
Top with eggs, shredded cheese and herbs.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
