Baked fluffy donuts: you'll fall in love with this flavor

Try this Italian recipe to make a delicious break.
Ingredients:
100ml of warm milk
100ml of water
15g of fresh brewer's yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
500g of Manitoba flour
100g of sugar
1 medium egg
Grated zest of one lemon
Directions:
In a bowl pour milk, water and add the brewer's yeast. Melt.
Separately sift the flour and mix it with sugar and egg. Gradually add the mixture with the milk.
Work the mixture and add oil and lemon zest. Let rise for 2/3 hours and then roll out the dough. Cut the donuts and let them rest for an hour, then bake at 356°F (180°) for 15 minutes.
