Fried fluffy donuts: the simple recipe to make them

Ingredients:
1 kg of flour
700 gr boiled and mashed potatoes
1 brewer's yeast (fresh)
1/2 glass of milk
4 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1 pinch of salt
Fry oil
Caster sugar
Preparation:
Heat the milk and dissolve the yeast inside.
Then mix the flour with eggs and salt. Then add sugar and milk with yeast.
Finally add the potatoes and mix everything. Form a loaf and let it rise for 2 hours.
Then form the donuts and let them rise for 1/2 hours.
Fry in hot oil and pass in sugar.
