Cauliflower fritters: the recipe to make a delicious meal

Try this amazing Italian recipe.
Ingredients:
800 gr of cauliflower (clean)
130 gr of bread
40 gr of parmesan
160 ml of milk
180 gr of breadcrumbs
1 whole egg
8 gr of smoked paprika
8 gr of rosemary
8 gr of turmeric
nutmeg and salt to taste
Directions:
Cut the bread into small pieces and sprinkle it with milk.
Boil the cauliflower and mash it. Then add the spices, parmesan, bread and egg.
Form the meatballs and pass them in the breadcrumbs. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 30/35 minutes.
