Crispy bread rolls: how to make them at home

Ingredients:
600 gr of flour
350 gr of water
15 gr of fine salt
25 gr of extra virgin olive oil
12 gr of fresh brewer's yeast

Directions:
Mix the flour with the salt. Separately, dissolve the yeast in the water and add the oil. Integrate everything and form a compact and soft dough.
Let rise for at least 2 hours.
Then divide the dough into 8 parts of 120 gr each.
Form the sandwiches and make incisions. Sprinkle some flour and let it double in volume. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 30-40 minutes.
