Homemade mini focaccia bread: the fluffy and delicious snack

Ingredients:
125 ml warm milk
125 ml warm water
10 gr fresh brewer's yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
50 ml oil
200 gr Manitoba flour
200 gr 00 flour
4 gr salt
Preparation:
Mix the water and milk then crumble and dissolve the yeast cube.
Pour into the mixer and add oil, flour, sugar and salt. Put the dough to rise for 40 minutes, then roll it out and cut the discs. Let rise for 90 minutes. Then with your fingers formed holes and add oil and salt. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 20/25 minutes.
