Tiger bread: the alternative recipe to make it at home

Ingredients:
7 gr instant yeast
25 gr sugar
280 ml hot water
500 gr flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 spoons of butter
Topping:
60 gr rice flour
4 gr instant yeast
70 ml hot water
2 tbsp oil
1 teaspoon salt + 1 spoon of sugar
Directions:
Mix yeast, sugar and water. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Then add flour. salt and melted butter. Form a loaf and let rest for 40 minutes.
Topping: put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them until a thick but lump-free mixture is obtained.
Brush on the pan and bake at (440°F) 220 ° for 10 minutes and at (400°F) 200 ° for 25 minutes.
