Mini savarin with whipped cream: the delicious and simple french recipe

Ingredients:
Batter:
200 gr flour
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
3 tbsp of vanilla essence
15 gr baking powder
50 gr oil
Syrup:
800 ml water
300 gr sugar
150 ml rum
500 ml whipped cream
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Then add eggs, vanilla essence and oil. Mix well and leave for 2 hours. Then pour the batter in each mold. Cover for 20 minutes and bake at 340°F (170°) for 30 minutes.
Syrup: heat and mix water, sugar and rum.
Put each savarin into the syrup and fill with whipped cream.
