Ingredients:
300 gr flour
200 g warm water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dry yeast

Directions:
In a large bowl pour the water and then add salt, sugar and yeast. Add a few tablespoons of flour and let it rest for an hour. Then add the rest of the flour and water. Let rise for a couple of hours and then form the central cuts. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
