Cabbage rolls: the alternative and tasty way to enjoy them

Ingredients:
1 cabbage
4 carrots
Celery
2 eggs
1 onion
Tomato puree to taste
1 leek
1 sausage
400 gr minced meat
Grated cheese
Speck and mortadella to taste
Salt, oil, pepper
Sliced cheese
Directions:
Boil the cabbage's outer and large leaves.
Sauté carrots, celery, onion and leek, then pour the tomato and salt.
Mix the minced meat with crumbled sausage, eggs, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
Roll out the cabbage leaves and stuff them alternating mortadella and speck.
Cook in the sauce for 30/40 minutes.
