Pudding apple cake: the creamy dessert to make easily

An Italian recipe to make a delicious creamy dessert.
Ingredients:
500 gr cow's milk ricotta
2 eggs
100 gr brown sugar
100 gr milk
100 gr potato starch
8 g yeast (1/2 sachet)
1 pinch of salt
zest of 1 lemon
2 apples approx
Preparation:
Insert the ricotta into the mixer and mix with eggs and brown sugar. Whisk until creamy and add lemon zest, milk, starch, yeast and salt. Pour the mixture into a buttered pan and add the apple slices. Bake at 320°F (160°) for 40 minutes.
