Prawn and fish balls: tasty Christmas recipe

Ingredients:
150g fresh salmon
150g dogfish
200g cod fillets
100g shelled pink prawns
50g leek
Extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and parsley to taste
breading:
150g all-purpose flour
150g breadcrumbs
20g milk
2 eggs
Salt to taste
1 liter of peanut oil for frying
Directions:
Cut the leek and fry it then add the salmon, dogfish and cod. After a few minutes, start mixing and breaking it up. Then add the prawns and the parsley. Salt and mix well, then blend.
Form the balls and fill them with the prawns.
Coat them in flour, eggs (mix with milk and salt), breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil at 170°C (340°F).
