Cream filled pastry cones: a quick and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
Dough:
1 egg
150 ml milk
110 gr sour cream
40 gr butter
500 gr flour
5 gr dry yeast
20 gr sugar
4 gr salt

100 gr sugar
10 gr vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon turmeric
60 gr flour

1 teaspoon turmeric
200 gr butter
Directions:
Dough: mix sugar and yeast in the milk and then add sour cream, butter and salt. Finally, add the flour and knead the dough, then let it rise until doubled.
Filling: mix the butter with the sugar then add the flour and turmeric. Mix well until the mixture is sandy.
Divide the dough into several portions and then roll them out.
Overlap them (alternating with melted butter) and cut into strips.
Roll them up and crush them in the center, stuff and close.
Leave for 30 minutes and then bake at 400°F (200°) for 35 minutes.
