Sun-dried tomato pie: quick, delicious rustic recipe

A salty donut rich in taste and which is quickly prepared.
Ingredients:
600g all-purpose flour
320ml lukewarm water
16g active dry yeast
50g lard
50g sugar
10g salt
1 egg + some milk to brush
sesame seeds to taste for decorating
Ingredients for the filling:
200g ham
150g sliced mozzarella
Sun-dried tomatoes in oil to taste
Ingredients:
600g all-purpose flour
320ml lukewarm water
16g active dry yeast
50g lard
50g sugar
10g salt
1 egg + some milk to brush
sesame seeds to taste for decorating
Ingredients for the filling:
200g ham
150g sliced mozzarella
Sun-dried tomatoes in oil to taste
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in water, then pour it into the bowl with the flour and sugar. Add the lard and combine well, then add the salt. Let the dough rise for 2 hours. Then roll it out and make cuts on one of the two sides. Stuff the dough and roll it up. Place the donut in the 24 cm mold and let rise for 30 minutes. Then brush egg and milk, add the sesame seeds and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes.
