Mother's day cake: the recipe for a delicious dessert to surprise her

Ingredients:
- For the base:
250 g of flour
120 g of sugar
2 eggs
60 ml of seeds oil
8 g of baking powder
Vanillin
2 tbsp of liquor
30 ml of milk
- For the custard:
500 ml of milk
2 eggs
120 g of sugar
50 g of flour
- For the strawberry jam:
150 g of strawberries
1 tbsp of sugar
- For the syrup:
200 ml of milk
- For decoration:
200 g of strawberries
Sugar grains
Directions:
1. For the batter: mix eggs and sugar and vanillin. Then add oil and milk. Lastly add flour, baking powder and liquor.
2. Pour the batter into a mold and bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
3. Custard: mix eggs with sugar, flour and milk. Add lemon zest and cook on the stove until it thickens.
4. Cover and let cool.
5. Make strawberries jam and assemble the cake.
6. Decorare with more custard, sugar grains and fresh strawberries.
