Savory swivels with asparagus: the tasty and original recipe to try

Ingredients:
Puff pastry
4 tbsp of hollandaise sauce
75 g of grated cheese
100 g of ham
150 g of asparagus
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of sugar
1 egg
Directions:
1. Boil asparagus in salted water for 2-3 minutes.
2. Spread hollandaise sauce all over puff pastry.
3. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
4. Then fill with diced ham and asparagus.
5. Roll puff pastry to close and cut in pieces.
6. Brush swivels with egg yolk.
7. Bake at 200° for 25 minutes.
