Savory strudel: the recipe to make it extra tasty at home

Ingredients:
400 g of frozen spinach (or 1 kg of fresh spinach)
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
200 g of mushrooms
2 green onions
70 g of cream cheese
Puff pastry
1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp of milk
Sesame seeds
1 mozzarella
Directions:
1. Cook spinach in a pan with olive oil and garlic on low heat for about 10 minutes.
2. Remove the garlic and season with salt and pepper.
3. Sautee the mushrooms in with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and thyme for 3-4 minutes.
4. Mix cooked spinach, green onion, mozzarella, cream cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl.
5. Use this mixture to fill puff pastry. Add mushrooms, too.
6. Cut and fold puff pastry to close.
7. Brush the surface with egg yolk and milk. Then place pieces of mozzarella, more mushrooms and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
8. Bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
