Sausage and potato baked: the recipe for a rich meal

Ingredients:
1 Kg Potatoes
1 Large Onion
1 Whole Head of Garlic
1 Red Pepper
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
500gr Sausages, chopped into bite sized pieces
 
Directions:
In a baking dish place potatoes, onion, garlic, red pepper. Season with oil and salt. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes. Then add the sausages and bake for other 20 minutes.
