Chocolate cannoli are delicious and easy to make.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
salt
75g sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
50g sifted flour
25g cocoa powder

200ml whipping cream
Fruit to taste

Directions:
Divide the yolks from the whites and whip them with a pinch of salt and sugar. Then add the egg yolks, vanilla, flour and cocoa. Form the vortex with the dough and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 8-10 minutes.
Then wipe them off with a clothespin and leave them for a few minutes.
Fill with whipped cream and fruit.
