Potato with pancetta and mozzarella cheese: the delicious side dish

Ingredients:
800 gr potatoes
100 g pancetta with black pepper
200 gr. Mozzarella cheese
1 sprig of rosemary
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
Directions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Dip the potatoes in cold and salted water, leave for 20 minutes.
Then dry them well with absorbent paper and place them in a baking dish.
Add oil and rosemary and bake at 356°F (180°) for 45 minutes.
Then add the bacon and bake for another 10 minutes. Take out, add the mozzarella and bake for another 10 minutes.
