Ingredients:
1 kg new potatoes
salt
Rosemary
2 cloves of garlic
Olive oil

Directions:
Peel the potatoes and put them to boil in water with salt. Then transfer them to a baking pan and add oil, salt, rosemary and garlic. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
