Ingredients:
4 eggs
70 gr sugar
350 gr greek yogurt
40 grams of corn starch
40 g baking powder
Lemon peel
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions:
Divide the egg whites from the yolks and whip them with the sugar. Then add yogurt, starch, baking powder, lemon peel and vanilla.
Whisk the egg whites and add them to the mixture, pour into a 21x7 cm mold and bake at 340°F (170°) for 30 minutes.
