Küchle, the very delicious German fritters

Ingredients:
6 eggs
100 gr sugar
250 ml milk
125 ml white wine
70 gr butter
1 kg flour
10 gr yeast
1/2 tbsp of clear schnapps
 
Oil to fry
 
Directions:
Melt the butter into the milk and pour in a mixer. Add flour, sugar, eggs, wine, yeast and schnapps. Cover and leave the dough for about 3 hours. Then make some balls and leave for others 30 minutes.
Use an object with ball shape and cover with kitchen clothes. Spread the dough on this and fry.
