Luna park fritters: light, crunchy and delicious!

This recipe is very easy and fast to prepare. Using simple or basic ingredients. Even the kids will love it. Delicious served warm with hot tea or coffee!

INGREDIENTS
190ml (3/4 cup) milk
2g (1 tsp) salt
15g (1 tbsp) sugar
45g (1 1/2 oz) butter
7g dry yeast
300g (2 cups) flour
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. In a pot pour the milk, add salt, sugar, and butter. Heat it and add dry yeast. Leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. Add flour and knead the dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  3. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and spread each piece.
  4. Place them in a pan with hot oil and fry.
  5. Sprinkle some powdered sugar and serve.
