Crunchy custard cannoli: a mouthwatering dessert

Ingredients:
Cannoli:
Dough:
200 ml milk
300 gr flour
200 ml lard or butter
Cream:
500 ml milk
4 egg yolks
125 gr sugar
40 grams of corn starch
1 cinnamon stick
Preparation:
Cream: boil 400 ml of milk with the cinnamon stick. Separately, mix the remaining milk, egg yolks, sugar and starch. Pour into the milk when it comes to a boil and let it thicken. Then let it cool with plastic wrap.
Cannoli: mix milk, flour and lard to form a loaf. Then form balls, roll them out and roll them around the cylinders. Fry and stuff with the cream.
