Ingredients:
500 GR OF ALL-USE WHEAT FLOUR
25 GR FRESH BAKED YEAST OR (12GR DRY YEAST OF BAKER)
2 EGGS
10 GR OF SALT
50 GR OF BUTTER
80 ML TIBIA MILK
80 ML OF TIBIA WATER
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING
SAUSAGE
COOKED HAM
GRATED CHEESE
TOMATO
DIRECTIONS:
Place all the ingredients of the dough in a mixer. Make a uniform dough and leave for about three hours. Then spread and make some circles, fill and close. Cook in a pan and enjoy!
