Vegetable tart: you won't be able to resist this rustic recipe

Ingredients:
2 rolls puff pastry
150g zucchini
150g potatoes
150g peppers
150g onion
150g eggplants
Salt to taste
pepper to taste
oregano to taste
extra virgin olive oil to taste
Directions:
Roll all the vegetables into cubes and then roll out the puff pastry. Make holes and cover with vegetables, add oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Bake at 190°C (380°F) for 40-45 minutes.
