Grandma Gina is a nice and friendly Italian-American lady who prepares delicious recipes for her children and grandchildren in the States.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
230 gr sugar
2 tablespoons of liqueur
800 gr mascarpone
230 ml whipping cream
500 ml of espresso coffee
100 gr sugar cane
2 tablespoons liqueur
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 packages of ladyfingers

Directions:
Whisk the eggs with the sugar for the time necessary to obtain a sort of cream. Then add the liqueur, mascarpone and whipped cream, put in the fridge. Prepare the coffee and mix it with brown sugar, liqueur and cocoa and make the tiramisu. Keep it in the freezer for a couple of days before serving.
