Sautéed zucchini with lemon, garlic and butter: a simple and special side dish

Ingredients:
1 1/4 pounds zucchini (2 medium pieces)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
4 shallots
2 cloves garlic
12 sprigs fresh thyme
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
zest of 1 lemon
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a pan melt the butter with oil, brown the chopped shallots and add the zucchini. Cook and add garlic, thyme, crushed red pepper, lemon, salt and pepper.
