Apple Crumb Pie: Yummy And Irresistible

Ingredients:
shortcrust pastry:
250g butter
70g powdered sugar
100g yogurt
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
450g all-purpose flour
Filling:
300g cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
70ml milk
2 apples
Cinnamon
Directions:
Shortcrust pastry: mix the butter with egg, vanilla and sugar. Gradually add the flour and let the dough rest in the fridge.
Cream: Mix the cheese with the eggs, then add starch, sugar, vanilla extract and milk.
Place the pastry in a baking pan, leaving some for decoration.
Pour the filling, add apples and cinnamon and crumble the rest of the pastry.
Bake at 190°C (380°F) for 45 minutes.
