Stuffed Cabbage Rolls With Mushrooms and delicious filling

Ingredients
For 6 servings:
1 medium cabbage
250g ground beef
250g ground pork
100g rice
2 large carrots
1 large onion
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika
70g butter
300ml water
3 large mushrooms
120ml heavy whipping cream
Directions:
Cook cabbage in boiling water until leaves fall off head. In a large bowl mix rice, carrots, onion, salt, pepper and paprika. Spoon 1/4 to 1/2 cup rice mixture onto the thick bottom of each cabbage leaf. Cover bottom of a casserole dish with butter then add the cabbage rolls. On the top place the butter and pour in water. Bake it for 3 hours at 200°C. In a skillet melt the butter add mushrooms and whipping cream. When cabbage is ready, add the mushroom sauce and serve it.
