Cream puffs: a quick dessert with a unique filling

Ingredients:
Choux pastry:
70g all-purpose flour
50g butter
60g water
60g milk
2 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons sugar
3 whole eggs
300ml chocolate
For the filling, you can use what you prefer, custard or whipped cream are ideal.
Directions:
Put the water, milk, sugar, salt and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and add the flour. Stir and after a few minutes place the mixture in a bowl and add the eggs. Stir until the dough is perfectly smooth. Then put in the pastry bag and place on the baking sheet. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes. Once cooked, open and fill the cream puff.
