Giant and soft donut with mascarpone cream: so yummy

Ingredients:
4 eggs
250 gr flour
200 gr sugar
1 packet of baking powder
Juice from half a lemon
1 sachet of vanillin
100 gr butter

300 ml whipping cream
150 gr icing sugar
150 gr mascarpone
2 teaspoons of honey

Directions:
Whisk the eggs with the sugar until frothy, then add flour, baking powder, vanilla, melted butter and lemon. Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and bake at 356°F (180°) for 45 minutes.
Cream: in a bowl whip the cream with the icing sugar, mascarpone and honey. Stuffed in donut and serve.
