Koppe pan: the recipe to make perfect buns

Ingredients:
6 Bread rolls (dough):
160g Bread flour
40g Cake flour
12g Sugar
3g Salt
6g Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder
135g Milk
3g Dry yeast
15g Unsalted butter
Fill as you prefer
Directions:
In a bowl mix the two flours with milk, sugar, salt and yeast. Make a dough and integrate the butter. Let it rise for 30-40 minutes and then divide into 6 parts. Make some balls and leave them for 15 minutes. Spread the balls and make the bread, leave for last 30-40 minutes.
Bake at 400°F (190°) for 30/40 minutes.
