Pork tenderloin with marsala: try this tasty recipe

Ingredients:
500g Pork tenderloin
100g Marsala
50g Butter
All-purpose flour to taste
Salt to taste
Parsley to taste
Directions:
Place the slices of meat between two sheets of parchment paper and beat them with a meat pounder so as to crush them and stretch them at the same time until they are really thin: in this way the meat will be more tender. Coat the slices in flour and remove the excess flour. In a frying pan, gently melt the butter and add the floured slices. Pour over the marsala and add the salt.
